When it comes to accommodation in Montagu, African Game Lodge’s well-appointed chalets are a real treat. They’ve been furnished to four star grading standards and you will leave here feeling well rested and longing to return soon.

Each chalet can accommodate four guests and consists of:

• A comfortable Lounge with a fireplace for those cosy winter evenings.
• The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities for self-catering purposes
• Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two ¾ beds)
• Modern bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
• A large porch designed to overlook the vast landscapes and passing wildlife.

So, whether you’re indoors or out, the experience will be unforgettable. You will feel rejuvenated, relaxed and at peace… just the kind of effect Montagu has on all who pass through her.

There is a communal area where you will be able to relax and, if so inclined, socialise with other guests or watch some television. When it gets a touch on the hot side, take a dip in our swimming pool whilst looking out onto the mountain range.

The luxury tented accommodation in Montagu is quite simply, unique. These extravagantly tented suites overlook a secluded dam where peace, relaxation and comfort are assured.

Both tents are furnished inside with a double bed and a comfortable seating area for relaxing. Outside facilities are provided, including braai, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a mini cooler box - as well as a dining table and chairs to ensure you can enjoy your meals in style.

Don't forget about the communal “boma”. It's open to all, and this is the place our guests often gravitate to... when the evening comes and it's time for some company.
